Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we offer this at an extra cost from free UK Postage.
How do I return an item?
If the light is faulty. Please contact us via the contact page.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of our business. Unless faulty, returns are not accepted.
How long is the cable?
The cable is 2 meters as standard but longer cables can be purchased, if you need longer please contact us first.
How long does delivery take?
Due to the nature of our business and complexity of design and build , please allow 3/4 weeks for delivery.
Can the lights be used outside?
No, All of our lights are for internal use only.
What colour of light is in them?
All of our lights have cool white LED's in them.
Is there a USB option?
No, Only UK 3 pin plug as standard.
